Renovation & Repair Services

Here’s a birds eye view of my price guide for 2024.

The purpose of this guide is to ensure that you have a clear understanding of the cost of the work I will be doing for you. Before starting any work, we will agree on a quotation to avoid any unexpected surprises or additional expenses.

Please note that the minimum call-out charge is £75. Therefore, it may not be cost-effective to call me out for small jobs like hanging a single mirror, as the minimum call-out charge will still apply. Instead, it would be more beneficial to make a list of the smaller jobs you need to get done, and I can complete them in one go.

The cost of labour shown in the pricing chart is simply a guideline and may differ for your specific job. To ensure clarity and peace of mind, all job pricing will be agreed upon through a free quotation before work commences, insha’Allah. This way, you can rest assured that you know exactly what will be done and how much it will cost.

NB: The rates below are the cost of labour only. Materials are charged seperatly and normally supplied by you.
